This policy explains in plain language what BobiMochi collects, why we need it, who helps us run the service, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
Account details: your email address. Technical data: IP address, device and browser information. Usage logs: basic records of actions in the app that help us keep it working. Your content: the prompts, topics and source text you enter, and the drafts we generate for you. Payment metadata: billing status and transaction references from our payment provider. We never receive or store full card numbers.
How we use it
To create your account and keep you signed in. To enforce the daily and monthly usage limits on each plan. To bill subscriptions through Creem. To improve the product. To answer support requests. To prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
Creem — billing and payments. Supabase — authentication and database. Vercel — hosting and edge delivery. DeepSeek, Qwen, Doubao, Kimi — AI models that generate drafts. Each provider only receives the data it needs to do its job.
AI-generated content
Prompts and generated text may be sent to third-party AI models (including providers in China such as DeepSeek, Qwen, Doubao, Kimi). We do not use your private prompts to train public models by default. Do not paste passwords, API keys, medical, legal, or financial PII.
Cross-border transfers
Data may be processed or stored outside your country, including the US, Singapore, and China. Transfers rely on contractual safeguards.
How long we keep data
Authentication and usage logs: up to 12 months. Generated content: kept until you delete your account. Payment records: retained as required by tax and billing law.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data, object to marketing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email or use your account settings, and we will respond.
Cookies and analytics
We use necessary cookies plus basic analytics to understand how the site is used. We show a cookie notice where required, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Children
BobiMochi is not intended for children under 16 (or under 13 where local law sets that age). We do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when the policy changes and show the date of the latest version at the top. If a change is significant, we'll notify you before it takes effect.
