Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using BobiMochi, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What BobiMochi does
BobiMochi is an AI-powered content generation tool. You enter prompts, topics or source text, and the service generates drafts you can edit and publish.
Accounts and security
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity under your account. If you believe someone is using your account without permission, tell us at .
Acceptable use
Don't use BobiMochi to create or publish illegal, harmful, spammy, deceptive, infringing, or discriminatory content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
AI-generated content
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing content. We do not guarantee originality, legal compliance, or platform acceptance.
Subscriptions and billing
Free plan: 15 generations per month. Pro: $19/month or $190/year, billed in USD through our payment partner Creem. Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation: you can cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Price changes: we'll notify you 30 days in advance. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of duplicate billing.
Content ownership
We own the BobiMochi service and website. You own your prompts and the content you generate, to the extent permitted by law. You grant us a limited license to process your content so we can provide the service.
Third-party services
BobiMochi relies on Creem (billing), Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), and AI providers including DeepSeek, Qwen, Doubao and Kimi. We're not responsible for third-party outages, but we'll keep you informed when they affect the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us in the last 12 months.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes, we'll notify you at least 30 days in advance, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
